I learnt about how to turn stock quickly, the commercial elements like margin and stockholding costs and more importantly how to sell fast online.
Here i gained exposure to new international markets, like France, Sweden, Denmark & The Netherlands, and the challenges and pitfalls that come with selling beauty products online
I re-platformed a £60m turnover fashion website from a defunct ecom platform onto a flagship salesforce commerce cloud product
I grew their D2C sales in the UK by almost triple, and set up their digital marketing and affiliate programme from scratch
I expanded out home delivery, and improved their CRM and digital marketing capabilities
